Which services are blocked where
49 service-and-country pairs, covering 22 services. Each one exists because a measurement says so.
The usual way to build pages like these is to multiply every service by every country and publish the lot, asserting blocks nobody measured. That is why the genre is treated as spam, and it is why this list is short.
A pair appears here only if OONI's volunteer probes either proved the block outright, or found that almost nothing got through. Those are two different claims and each page says which one it is making. A service that is merely slow, or blocked on one network out of four, gets no page.
Measurement period: Aug. 16, 2026 to Sept. 15, 2026. Refreshed weekly.
